REJANG LEBONG - The Rejang Lebong Resort Police (Polres) officers, Bengkulu, arrested two people suspected of playing a nasty video that went viral in this area after circulating on social media.

Rejang Lebong Police Chief AKBP Tonny Kurniawan represented by Head of Criminal Investigation Unit AKP Sampson Sosa Hutapea said two of the three people involved in the circulation of the pornographic video were taken into custody by the Rejang Lebong Police Satreskrim Opsnal Team on Monday, June 27.

"We have arrested two people, both of whom are suspected of playing the role in the nasty video. Meanwhile, another person suspected of spreading the video has also been detained by the South Bengkulu Police and we are currently picking them up," he said in Rejang Lebong, Antara, Tuesday, 28 June.

He explained the two actors in the video that shocked the people of Rejang Lebong, namely DA (16) a female actor who lived in Curup District and FR (20), a male actor who was a resident of South Curup District.

So far, he said, his party is still examining the two. For female characters, after being examined by investigators, they are returned to their parents because they are still minors.

"For the DA, we return it to the parents because the status of the minor in question is then subject to mandatory reporting," he explained.

Previously, residents of Rejang Lebong Regency were shocked by the circulation of obscene videos on social media by two men and one woman making video calls (VC).

On VC's call, the woman is in a position of only wearing panties, then in the video shows VC between one man and two women, one of whom deliberately shows his forbidden part.
