JAKARTA - The ranks of the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) will seal all Holywings outlets in Jakarta. Officers will go to twelve outlets simultaneously to signal the closure of the place of business.

Before the sealing began, hundreds of Satpol PP officers held a morning rally in the courtyard of the DKI Jakarta City Hall to coordinate their activities. The rally was led by the Head of the DKI Jakarta Satpol PP, Arifin.

"I ask that today we all will close Holywings outlets throughout Jakarta, including Central Jakarta, West Jakarta, South Jakarta and so on," said Arifin at DKI City Hall, Tuesday, June 28.

Arifin said the sealing of Holywings was based on a recommendation letter from the DKI Tourism and Creative Economy Office (Disparekraf) and the Investment Agency and One Stop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP).

"Based on the local government law, the Pol PP Unit has the function and authority to enforce local regulations and regional regulations, and to create peace and order," he said.

After arriving at Holywings which is spread across South Jakarta, West Jakarta, Central Jakarta, and North Jakarta, the Satpol PP ranks will immediately put up seals. During the sealing period, the restaurant and bar were prohibited from operating.

For information, on Monday, June 27, the DKI Provincial Government officially revoked the permits for all Holywings Group outlets in Jakarta because they were proven to have violated business licensing regulations. So, why has the business license revocation of 12 Holywings outlets been revoked only now?

Apparently, this business violation was only revealed after an inspection and evaluation of the management of Holywings due to the alcohol promotion case for people named Muhammad and Maria.

"All of this requires an evaluation of the checking. Yes, indeed (the license revocation) started with the case of promoting alcohol (liquor)," said Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Ahmad Riza Patria at City Hall of DKI Jakarta, Monday, June 27.

However, Riza emphasized that the revocation of the licenses of the twelve Holywings outlets was not due to the alcohol promotion case that was being investigated by the police. "After checking, there are some who do not meet the administrative requirements, their permits are not complete," he said.

The revocation of the permit by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Agency (DPMPTSP) was based on recommendations and findings of violations by the DKI Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economy Agency (Disparekraf) and the DKI Jakarta Industry, Trade, Cooperative and SME Agency (DPPKUKM). .

In general, Holywings Group has been proven to have violated the business licensing provisions. A number of outlets in Jakarta apparently do not have a permit to serve alcoholic beverages.

"Several Holywings Group outlets located in the DKI Jakarta Province have been proven to have found several Holywings outlets that do not have the standard certificate of KBLI 56301 verified for bar businesses," said Head of the DKI Disparekraf Andhika Permata.

Meanwhile, the standard certificate of KBLI 56301 is a standard classification of the Indonesian environment that must be owned by bar business operations, namely a business whose activities are serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as snacks for the public at their place of business.

Not only that, Holywings Group also violated the provisions related to the sale of alcoholic beverages at 12 outlets in Jakarta. Where, business actors only have a Retailer's Certificate (SKP) for Indonesian Standard Classification of Business Fields (KBLI) 47221 for retailers of alcoholic beverages, in which sales of alcoholic beverages are only allowed to be taken home and not to be drunk on the spot.

"Meanwhile, the results of supervision in the field, the business (Holywings Group) sells alcoholic beverages for drinking in places that legally should have a Direct Seller Certificate (SKPL) class B and C with PB-UMKU KBLI 56301," said the Head of the Industry Service. , Trade, Cooperatives, and UKM DKI Jakarta Province, Elisabeth Ratu Rante Allo.

"Of the 7 outlets that have a Retailer's Certificate (SKP) KBLI 47221, there are even 5 other outlets that do not have the letter," he added.
