SURABAYA - The closure of Holywings does not only happen in DKI Jakarta. In the city of Surabaya, three Holywings outlets were also completely closed.

The three Holywings outlets in Surabaya are located on Jalan Kertajaya, Jalan Boulevard Famili Utara, and on Jalan Basuki Rahmat. Taufik said, the three outlets have been closed since Sunday, June 26, 2022.

Taufik is not sure when Holywings in Surabaya can reopen. According to him, it is possible to reopen once the atmosphere is conducive.

"Closed from Sunday, until the atmosphere is conducive," he said.

Taufik also cannot confirm the fate of Bunga Citra Lestari (BCL), which is scheduled to appear at the Holywings event in Surabaya, on Wednesday, June 29, 2022. "I don't know how it will go (BCL, ed)," he said.

Holywings Indonesia issued a promotion of giving free alcoholic beverages to owners of the names Muhammad and Maria, on their Instagram accounts on Thursday, June 23, 2022. The promotion is valid every Thursday provided that you bring an identity card.

In this regard, the police named six suspects, each with the initials EJD, 27, NDP, 36, DAD, 27, EA, 22, A, 25, and AAM, 25. The six suspects were charged with multiple articles, including the article on blasphemy. , namely Article 14 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1946 and Article 156 A of the Criminal Code and Article 28 paragraph 2 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2016 on the amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE with a threat of 10 years in prison.
