3 Terrorist Suspects Of Bima JAD Network Arrested By Densus 88, Two Of Them Are Terrorism Convicts

JAKARTA - Densus 88 Anti-terror arrested three terrorist suspects in Bima City, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). The three are said to be the Jamaah Ansharut Daulah (JAD) network.

"(The suspects, red) JAD network," said Head of Banops Densus 88 Antiterror Kombes Kombes Aswin Siregar when confirmed, Monday, June 20.

The terrorist suspects who were arrested included the initials S, A, and M. In fact, from the database owned by two of them, they were convicts of similar cases or convicts.

However, Aswin did not elaborate further on the initials of the two suspects. He emphasized that until now they are still under investigation

"It is true that 2 of them were ex-convicts," said Aswin.

Previously, it was reported that three residents of Bima City, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) were arrested by Densus 88 Anti-terror, on Sunday 19 June. They are suspected of being affiliated with a terrorist network.
