"The Governor's Office, MRP, KPU, and BPPBJ are targeted to be completed in December 2022", he said as quoted by Antara.

According to Lukas, the face of the Governor's Office must change not to be left behind by the many other high-rise buildings that have been built by third parties, so major changes must be made to the leader of Papua.

"The Governor's Office will have 9 floors, we also hope that in the future buildings in Papua will make Jayapura City as modern as the Pacific", he said.

He explained that the new building for the Papua Governor's Office would be in the form of local wisdom and low carbon and Papuan uniqueness and all of this is currently under construction.

"The construction will be completed according to the agreed plan and must be completed before my term ends", he said again.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Papua Province Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Girius One Yoman said that the progress of the construction of the Papua Governor's Office has now reached more than 45 percent, while the MRP office has 30 percent.

“Especially for the Papua Governor's office, there are several types of work. If the structure alone is 80 percent, there are two floors left, but in general, it's only 45 percent", he said.

He explained that the construction of the four buildings is targeted for completion in December 2022 and inaugurated on December 27 which coincides with the anniversary of the Papua Provincial Government.

"Praise God during this development process there were no obstacles, we ask for the prayer support of all parties and the community so that the construction can be completed according to the target", he said.
