JAKARTA - Head of the Youth Division of the DPP Pejuang Bravo Lima (PBL) Kevin Haikal said that Ali Fanser, who went viral in the case of the alleged beating by FM of the child of a member of the F-PDIP DPR, was not the Head of the Youth Division of the PBL DPP, but only the chairman of the youth wing.

"Ali Fanser is not the chairman of the Bravo Lima youth wing, but the chairman of the youth wing of the PBL. Because structurally the Bravo Lima Fighters' DPP has the Head of the Youth Division, which is myself," said Kevin Haikal in a written statement quoted by Antara, Monday, June 6.

Kevin, who represented the General Chair of the PBL DPP General TNI (Ret.) Fachrul Razi, said that what happened in the incident on the Gatot Subroto toll road had nothing to do with the DPP PBL organization.

"The PBL DPP's attitude is very firm in responding to violations of the law, including violence and taking the law into its own hands. Therefore, the PBL DPP does not tolerate violence in any form," said Kevin.

DPP PBL fully supports the legal process for these violations, so that whoever perpetrates the violation is responsible for his actions before the law.

As an organization, he continued, DPP PBL upholds the rule of law because it was founded by national figures who highly respect human rights values.

"Therefore, we will encourage the PBL DPP to prepare strict sanctions according to the organization's AD/ART against members who commit violations. Especially because this case has tarnished the good name of the organization and the founding figures of the PBL DPP," said Kevin.

The presence of Ali Fanser and FM in the incident was personal and had nothing to do with the activities of the PBL DPP.

"So, the person concerned must be personally responsible for carrying out the consequences of his personal actions," he said.

Metro Jaya Police has named Faisal Marasabessy (22) as a suspect in the case of beating and molesting Justin Frederick on the Gatot Subroto Inner City Toll Road, South Jakarta.

According to the Head of the Public Relations Division of the Metro Jaya Police, Grand Commissioner Endra Zulpan, the determination of the suspect Faisal Marasabessy was based on the evidence collected by the investigative team of the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation (Ditreskrimum) of the Metro Jaya Police.
