Metro Police Will Not Change Decisions About Fahri's Failure In The NCO Selection

JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya will not change the decision about not accepting Fahri Fadilah Nur Rizki (21) in the selection process for the acceptance of the NCO. Because the partial color blindness of prospective students is the main reason that can be accounted for.

"The attitude of the Polda Metro Jaya to this day we have not changed the decision because the decision can be accounted for," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes E. Zulpan to reporters, Thursday, June 2.

Fahri, who is said to be suffering from color blindness, is based on the results of a medical examination. This condition is the basis for not being accepted by the young man.

Then, Fahri's failure occurred at the supervision stage. Where, at this stage, all requirements that must be owned or fulfilled by prospective NCO students are re-examined.

"In supervision or quality control activities, Polda Metro Jaya of course guides (regulations, red) Polri Headquarters because of supervision from Polri Headquarters. The results of supervision found that the person concerned had eye problems," said Zulpan.

Polda Metro Jaya confirmed that it had data to prove Fahri was partially color blind. So, it was decided not to pass it.

"We have the data, the recording of the retest. The person concerned was not able to pass the test, so the conclusion from the team of doctors is that he is partially color blind. So he cannot attend education as a member of the National Police," said Zulpan

Fahri Fadilah Nur Rizki (21) previously suddenly went viral on social media because of his confession. He stated that there were irregularities in the admission of NCO students at Polda Metro Jaya. The oddity was because his name was suddenly changed to another participant.

Fahri said he was thwarted even though he had already passed. He was ranked 35th out of 1,200 potential NCO students. Fahri's name was instead replaced by another prospective student who had previously been declared unsuccessful or failed. The Metro Jaya Police who responded to the viral admission said Fahri failed because he was partially color blind. Where, the absolute requirement to become a member of the Police must be physically and mentally healthy.
