MADIUN - The City Government (Pemkot) of Madiun, East Java has budgeted Rp1.7 billion in 2022 to procure free uniforms for state elementary and junior high school students.
"The provision of free school uniforms is again carried out to support the education program in Madiun City. A total of Rp1.7 billion will be provided this year," said Head of the Madiun City Education Office, Lismawati, as quoted by Antara, Monday, May 30.
Like last year, the free uniforms are in the form of two sets of cloth. Intended for grade I public elementary school and seventh grade public junior high school students.
