DENPASAR - A two-year-old boy in Denpasar, Bali, probable mysterious acute hepatitis. His condition is currently stated to be good in treatment at Sanglah Hospital.

Chairman of the Indonesian Pediatrician Association (IDAI) IGN Sanjaya Putra said the 2-year-old child was admitted to Sanglah Hospital, Denpasar, Bali on May 15.

"This case is a probable case of acute hepatitis. But the patient's clinical condition is good," said Sanjaya, Friday, May 27.

Initially the patient experienced gastrointestinal complaints, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and yellow eyes. However, after being tested for hepatitis from A to E the results were negative.
