Bandung Police Chief Kombes Pol Kusworo Wibowo said the eight suspects had the initials BW (45), FR (30), AS (24), AP (29, RM (30), AS (28), GG (23), and WG (53). ).

He said that since January 2022 there has actually been a dispute between the victim and the suspect WG.

Kusworo explained that the dispute in January 2022 was allegedly the victim of molesting WG.

WG because he did not accept then took revenge on the victim.

Based on the information from the perpetrators, the victim in January 2022 abused him using a sharp weapon, resulting in WG's perpetrator having cuts to his back and ears.

After that, WG was suspected of inciting seven other perpetrators to help take revenge against the victim

The beating took place on May 18, 2022 at around 20.00 WIB. . The eight people, he said, had different roles.

In addition to ganging up, the perpetrators allegedly ran over DS using a motorcycle.

In fact, said Kusworo, one of the suspects played a role in squeezing the victim's neck. One suspect stabbed the victim in the stomach.

"After that, the victim was put on a motorbike belonging to one of the perpetrators and then took the victim to the West Bandung area to be killed," said Kusworo.

The police are still investigating the alleged perpetrators who had previously planned the attack.

Because, said Kusworo, one of the perpetrators was suspected of having prepared a sharp weapon to kill the victim.

The police charged the perpetrators with Article 170 paragraph 2 and Article 160 of the Criminal Code with a maximum penalty of 12 years in prison.
