The DI victim was taken by the perpetrator to a palm oil plantation and then raped again. The perpetrator's cruelty continued when the perpetrator returned home and brought the sack containing the body of the boy Rangga.

The body of the victim's child was found floating in the river, Sunday, October 11 afternoon. The child's body was found with injuries to several parts of the body.

Now the perpetrator of Rangga's murder is being prosecuted. The police charged him with layered articles, namely Article 338 jo 340 jo 285 jo 351 Paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code and or Article 80 of Law 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning child protection.
