The First Day After The Eid Long Holiday, Only 60 Percent Of ASN In The Karawang Regency Government Were Present

KARAWANG - The attendance rate of state civil servants (ASN) for civil servants in the Karawang Regency Government, West Java is only 60 percent on the first day of work after the long Lebaran 2022 holiday, Monday, May 9.

Karawang Regent Cellica Nurrachadiana together with Deputy Regent Aep Syaepuloh on the first day of work after the Idul Fitri holiday, conducted sudden inspections (sidak) at a number of public service locations and offices of regional apparatus organizations.

On that occasion, the regent and deputy regent also checked employee attendance through the SIAP application at the Office of the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development (BKPSDM) Karawang.

"Indeed, only 60 percent were present. However, we will continue to evaluate," he said in Karawang as reported by Antara, Monday, May 9.

The evaluation was considered important, because there were several obstacles in checking the attendance of employees, including server disturbances in the SIAP application.

After this long Eid holiday, the Karawang Regency Government has allowed some ASN to work from home or work from home (WFH).

However, the WFH policy applies to several agencies that a few days ago were tasked with maintaining the homecoming flow, such as the Transportation Service, Satpol PP and the Health Service.

"We give dispensation because they need rest," said Cellica Nurrachadiana. It was reported that there were more than 100 ASN who applied for WFH on the working day after the Idul Fitri holiday.
