Russian Precision Missiles Destroy Six Ukrainian Arms Depots, Including Western Ships And Corvette-Type Warships

JAKARTA - The Russian Ministry of Defense has again claimed their military precision missiles, successfully hitting various strategic targets on the Ukrainian side over the weekend.

Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Major General Igor Konashenkov said Russian high-precision air-to-surface missiles hit Western weapons and military hardware delivered to the Sol railway station on Sunday.

"High-precision air-based missiles from the Russian aerospace forces destroyed weapons and military hardware, sent from the United States and Western countries to the sol railway station near the city of Soledar, as well as manpower from the Ukrainian army reserves," he explained, citing TASS, May 9.

In addition, Russian precision missiles were also claimed to have successfully hit six weapons depots as well as 19 troop deployment areas, Major General Konashenkov added.

"The missiles (also) hit 19 Ukrainian manpower and weapons deployment areas, a pontoon bridge crossing near Chuguyev, and six weapons depots near Krasnaya Gora, Verkhnekamenka, Mayaki in the Donetsk People's Republic, Novodruzhevsk in the Lugansk People's Republic, Reznikovo and Nikolayevka I in the Lugansk People's Republic in Kharkov area," he explained.

Not only that, but Konashenkov also said that his party had succeeded in destroying Ukraine's strategic communications facilities, including a corvette-type warship labeled Project 1241, again with precision missiles.

"During the night, the Russian Aerospace Forces destroyed a mechanized brigade command post near Pyatikhatka, Kharkov Region, and a communications post on the Chervonoglinskoye airstrip near the Artsyz settlement," he said.

"A Ukrainian Navy Project 1241 corvette was destroyed near Odessa."

Major General Konashenkov added that since the start of the special military operation, the Russian Armed Forces destroyed 156 Ukrainian aircraft, 116 helicopters, 765 drones, 2.927 tanks, and other armored vehicles. Then there are 335 multiple launch rocket systems, 1.393 field artillery guns and mortars, and 2.746 special mobile vehicles.
