KUPANG - The District Attorney for North Central Timor (TTU) carried out the execution of Yulius Kolo, the former head of Benanain B Village, North Central Timor Regency, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province. The execution was carried out by the executing prosecutor after the decision of the Corruption Court in the Kupang District Court Number 2/Pid.Sus-TPK/2022/Pn.Kpg dated April 8, 2022, which has permanent legal force which in the verdict sentenced the defendant Yulius Kolo to one year imprisonment and 10 months in prison.

In addition, according to Abdul Hakim, the convict was also sentenced to a fine of Rp. 100 million, subsidiary to three months in prison and the obligation to pay compensation for state losses of more than Rp. 245 million.
