Jakarta - PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP) has reorganized the management of its subsidiary companies, namely PT PP Presisi Tbk (PPRE) and PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO) through an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS). During the EGMS, PTPP discussed the Amendments to the Articles of Association and Changes in the Composition of the Management of the two subsidiaries.

Regarding the Change in Management Composition, President Director of PT PP Novel Arsyad said that his party had appointed several experienced young people to hold director positions in the two subsidiaries. Thus, it is hoped that the changes can further assist PTPP, as the holding company of the two subsidiaries in carrying out strategic programs.

"Changing the composition of the management is a common thing in a company. At PPRE there is a board of directors who has entered the retirement period, so a change of management is needed. The currently appointed board of directors has the capacity to strengthen PPRE going forward," Novel Arsyad said in his written statement, Saturday. October 10th.

Meanwhile, for the PPRO Board of Directors, Novel said, there should be a refresher. Although the previous Director has succeeded in bringing the company to the floor on the stock market.

"This change is also PTPP's strategy to optimize the company's long-term performance and strengthen PTPP's position as one of the construction and investment companies in Indonesia," he said.
