DENPASAR - Two perpetrators of the stabbing at a boarding house in West Denpasar, Bali were arrested by the police. The two perpetrators were shot in the leg for resisting the arrest process.

The two perpetrators, named Salim (36) and Heryanto (41) slashed Andrean Capendrie (38) critically.

The perpetrator Salim was arrested in the Abian Base area, Dalung, North Kuta District, Badung Regency. Meanwhile Heryanto was arrested at his residence on Jalan Mahendradata, Denpasar.

"About six hours after the incident, we managed to arrest him. They were detained in separate places, they resisted and were not cooperative," said West Denpasar Police Chief Kompol I Made Hendra Agustina, Tuesday, April 26.

The two perpetrators slashed the victim due to a dispute at the beginning of last month. The victim accused the perpetrator Salim of stealing the victim's ring

Perpetrator Salim who was hurt came to perpetrator Heryanto's house. At the location they drink wine.

Salim, who had brought a sickle and a saber, told his problem about the victim. He asked Heryanto to look for victims.

"The victim and the perpetrator had previously known each other. At the beginning of the month there was a problem between the victim and the perpetrator. The perpetrator was accused of stealing the victim's ring because the perpetrator did not do that and because the perpetrator was already hurt by the slashing," said Agustina.

According to him, the perpetrator Heryanto also participated in stabbing the victim, because he did not accept that his friend was accused of stealing the ring.

"They were both under the influence of alcohol and came to the victim's boarding house and stabbed them. We haven't investigated the loss of the ring yet, but the perpetrator was hurt from that," said Kompol Agustina.
