Houses Are Often Flooded, Residents Of The German Pesanggrahan Complex Sue Anies' Subordinates To PTUN

JAKARTA - Residents of the German Complex, RT 02/03, Pesanggrahan Village, South Jakarta, complained about the existence of housing development projects in the vicinity which were considered detrimental to the environment.

Not only that, the alleged maladministration related to the permit issued by the DKI Provincial Government also helped smooth the development.

On that basis, residents filed a lawsuit against Anies' subordinates, in this case the Head of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's One Stop Integrated Service Investment Office and the Head of UP PMPTSP Pesanggrahan District to the State Administrative Court (PTUN). The lawsuit in case number 245/G/2021.PTUN.JKT.

Esti Sri Dewi, one of the affected residents, admitted that she objected to the construction of cluster housing which allegedly violated the Building Permit (IMB). Esti hopes that the decision of the Jakarta State Administrative Court (PTUN) regarding GSB and GSS Violations will be annulled and revoked.

Esti admitted that since the cluster was built, the streets of her house have been flooded.

"Because the developer did not build waterways and the land area of 2,000 square meters was built, there are no more catchment areas," he said.

Plaintiff's attorney Patar Aritonang revealed that the lawsuit explained that there were 19 permits issued by the DPMPTSP to a residential building belonging to a person with the initials TVAR having his address at Jalan Nuri, RT 02/03 Pesanggrahan Village, Pesanggrahan District, South Jakarta which allegedly violated the law.

"Of the 19 issued IMBs, there are 8 IMBs with postal codes in Ulujami Village, while the buildings are located in Pesanggrahan Village," Patar said in Jakarta, Friday, April 22.

Patar said this lawsuit had been tried and sentenced. However, the jury rejected it.

"But our client will appeal the decision. Even his client also made a new lawsuit for violations of a number of IMB clusters," he explained.
