Denpasar Satpol PP Orders Illegal Billboards And Banners

DENPASAR - The Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) Denpasar City, Bali, has taken control of billboards, banners, and banners that have already passed their installation permit in several corners of the city.

Head of Public Order and Public Order, Denpasar City Civil Service Police Unit Nyoman Sudarsana in Denpasar, Wednesday, said that during the activity his party ordered five banners, 11 billboards or banners, three expired banners that violated the rules.

The control this time targeted the areas of Jalan Gunung Agung, Jalan Diponogoro, Teuku Umar, and Jalan Mahendradata Denpasar.

Sudarsana said the order was to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the city area.

"Control is one of the efforts to maintain the cleanliness and beauty of the city. We expect residents to maintain a clean environment," he said.

Sudarsana said that dozens of billboards that had been put in order had already passed their installation permit period. Not only that, his party also brought order to the banners, banners, and banners that had been damaged but the installers had not been removed.

Before the control was carried out, said Sursana, his party coordinated together with elements of the community to take down the billboards and banners.

In addition, he said, the installation of banners and other facilities is still being done by sticking and attaching nails to trees.

"The targets are banners and banners that are outdated, damaged, expired, and violate the rules," said Sudarsana.

He said that the condition of installing billboards that did not comply with regulations caused the urban face to become chaotic, slum, and spoil the city's scenery.

"The lowering of the banner will continue to be carried out regularly so that Denpasar City is clean, beautiful, and not slum with wild banners," he said.
