JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government discussed a number of proposals for the Special Jakarta Bill (RUU) as preparation after Jakarta was no longer the State Capital (IKN).

"We have conducted a number of 'workshops' within the provincial government to discuss the substance of the proposed Jakarta Specialty Bill," said Sigit Wijatmoko, assistant to the Jakarta Regional Secretariat Administration, in Jakarta, Monday, April 4.

There are eight sectors in the substance of the proposed Jakarta Specialty Bill, namely mobility and logistics, economy, investment and spatial planning, and community welfare. Then, fiscal, environmental, political and government, digital economy and readiness and support team.

He added that his party had formed an internal formulation team for the provincial government in a working group, which later proposed the Jakarta Specialty Bill which would be submitted to the Indonesian Ministry of Home Affairs.

Sigit added that the public can actively participate in overseeing the journey of the proposed Jakarta Specialty Bill.

The second channel, the contents of the survey related to the movement of the new capital city as well as his opinion about Jakarta. There are suggestions, hopes and expectations for Jakarta in the future.

The third channel is Get to Know Jakarta so that the public can learn more and follow the development process of the discussion of the Jakarta Specialty Bill.
