JAKARTA - A total of 200 personnel of the Battalion 136/Tuah Sakti Task Force arrived at the sea port of Manokwari, West Papua using the KRI Teluk Bintuni 520, Sunday, and were picked up by the Commander of the Military Command (Dandim) 1801/Manokwari Lt. Col. Inf. Rachmat Christanto. / TS in West Papua is to carry out security in the area previously guarded by Battalion 761/KA and Battalion 762/VYS," said Dandim 1801/Manokwari quoted from Antara.

The Dandim explained that 200 troops from the Battalion Battalion 136/Tuah Sakti would occupy four security posts in the Kodam XVIII/Kasuari territory for 9 months to protect the sovereignty of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia in the West Papua Province.

"Four posts will be occupied by 200 Yonif 136/TS personnel, including the Raisei Post, Teluk Wondama Regency, 50 people, Yanmar Post, Kaimana Regency, 50 people, Weriagar Post, Teluk Bintuni Regency, 50 people, and Tahota Post, South Manokwari Regency, 50 people," said Inf. Rachmat Christanto.
