Targeting To Win Elections 3 Times In A Row, PDIP Holds Second Generation Of National Cadre Training

JAKARTA - The PDI-P is holding a second batch of 2022 National Cadre Training (PKN) which was attended by representatives of elected party officials from the provincial level from all over Indonesia.

PDIP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto, who was present directly by implementing strict health protocols, opened the training by greeting the nationality of 'Freedom'. This scream was then followed by all the participants.

"Independence... Merdeka... Merdeka...! Greetings for independence three times, winning the election three times," said Hasto as quoted from a written statement, Monday, March 21.

PDIP is known to have won the election for two consecutive times in 2014 and 2019. So, if it wins again in the 2024 election, this party will make history.

Hasto said this training is part of PDIP's efforts to provide the best for the people. According to him, party cadres must continue to be trained so they don't lose their fighting energy and have a future orientation.

Not only that, Hasto also said that party schools are a vehicle for advancing party leadership through a regeneration process that synthesizes various theories, including political, economic, and democratic theories. Thus, the cadres are asked to be disciplined for mutual progress.

"What the PDI-P is doing now will determine the fate of Indonesia for the next 25 years," he said.

According to him, party schools are indeed encouraged to strengthen the intellectuality of cadres, namely by studying all the ideas, ideas, and aspirations of Bung Karno. "And encourage the birth of candidate leaders from the process that descends in the midst of the people," said Hasto.

Meanwhile, the Head of the PDIP DPP for Ideology and Cadreization, Djarot Saiful Hidayat, explained that this training was to educate party cadres who were aware and militant in realizing the values of Pancasila.

Djarot explained, Pancasila ideology is a living ideology, embedded in the soul and personality of the Indonesian nation since centuries ago. It was then excavated by Bung Karno, delivered in a speech on June 1.

"Pancasila is the glue that unites the Indonesian people. Pancasila is the star of the claimant in realizing the ideals of independence," said Djarot.

The former deputy governor of DKI Jakarta said that Pancasila would not be realized without militancy and the belief that the idea was the truth. "So we need a party cadre that Bung Karno calls smart, aware, militant, and believes he will be able to carry it out," said Djarot.

As a nationalist-Soekarnoist party, Djarot said that PDIP has a responsibility to carry out political education and tiered regeneration in a continuous, sustainable, directed manner. And all of them are aimed at realizing ideological consolidation, organizational-party consolidation and consolidation towards winning the 2024 General Election.

"Therefore, it is hoped that the National Level Cadreization Education will be able to produce cadres of leaders and prospective teacher cadres who are militant, with integrity, loyal, dedicated, and have a tireless fighting spirit in raising the Party and winning the 2024 General Election," said Djarot.

"At the same time grounding and practicing Bung Karno's Pancasila ideology in realizing the goal of an independent Indonesia, namely an independent, united, sovereign, just and prosperous society," he added.

For information, this event was attended by a number of PDIP central executives, namely Komaruddin Watubun, Djarot Saiful Hidayat, Ribka Tjiptaning, Hamka Haq, Eriko Sotarduga, Sri Rahayu, Mindo Sianipar, Rudianto Tjen, and the Chair of the PDIP Training and Education Agency, Daryatmo.

This activity was attended by 75 participants, with details of 55 male participants and 20 female participants. Each DPD PDIP sends two to three delegates of selected participants. Plus the participants recommended by the PDIP Central Education and Training Center.
