Keeping Father's Will, The Heirs Donate The Land Of SDN 2 Cipayung To The Depok City Government

JAKARTA - The heirs of the landowner of the Cipayung 2 Public Elementary School (SDN) Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) handed over the status of the land officially to the Depok City Government (Pemkot). The certificate was handed over by Zaini as the heir who is also the son of the late Mohammad Idris, the landowner of UPTD SDN Cipayung 2 to the Deputy Mayor of Depok, Imam Budi Hartono (IBH).

"My father handed me this waqf since 1975. Every school principal who works here I propose to take care of the waqf certificate," said Zaini as quoted from the Depok City Government's official website, Thursday, March 17.

He said that the handover of the land status to the Depok City Government was solely to continue the father's will. In addition, it is also part of the worship performed by the late Mohammad Idris.

"I hope that my parents' Islamic faith will be accepted with their waqf, this charity," he explained.

Furthermore, he hopes that the UPTD SDN Cipayung 2 land which has now been handed over to the Depok City Government can be used as well as possible. And able to give birth to the next generation of quality.

"This is for educational facilities, who knows if there are alumni from here who will become Kiai and can pray for my late father," he explained.

At the same location, IBH said, his party will immediately process the certificate submission so that it immediately becomes the property of the Depok City Government. The land area itself reaches 862 square meters.

"It will be processed first, we don't know how long it will take, hopefully it will be finished this year," he explained.
