SDN Cigombong Has Been Sealed Since 2019, Disdikpora Cianjur Has Just Been Busy Moving The Team Down

CIANJUR - The Department of Education, Youth and Sports (Disdikpora) of Cianjur Regency, West Java sent a team to resolve the dispute over the sealing of the Cigombong Elementary School in Cibinong District. The building has been sealed since 2019 due to land use permit issues.

Acting Kadisdikpora Cianjur Akib Ibrahim said that his party had only just learned that the elementary school building was sealed because of problems with the land use permit with the right to cultivate (HGU).

"We have ordered several heads of fields, including facilities and infrastructure, to go to the field to complete the sealing. The information is problematic because there has been no application letter for land use to the company, so the sealing took place," he said in Cianjur, Antara, Tuesday, March 15.

His party has coordinated with the school and the head of the Cibinong kordik, regarding this issue, which stated that the company did not intend to seal it, but was waiting for a letter of application from the office since 2019 after construction was completed.

"We hope that everything can be completed and the application letter will be submitted to the company immediately, so that teaching and learning activities can return to normal because face-to-face learning has now been implemented again," he said.

Previously, the Cianjur DPRD immediately summoned the Cianjur Education, Youth and Sports Office regarding the sealing of the school, since it was completed in 2019 for no reason, so that hundreds of students could not undergo the normal teaching and learning process.

Cianjur DPRD member Abdul Karim said that during a recess in Cibinong District, his party received a report of an elementary school building in Mekarmukti Village, which was sealed by the company that manages the land.

It is recorded that 140 students who have been studying at SDN Cigombong have been forced to undergo an online teaching and learning process, although today the Cianjur Regency Government allows 50 percent face-to-face learning.
