JAKARTA - This is the theft of a mobile phone in a rice stall that was caught on a CCTV camera. The incident occurred on Jalan Basuki Rahmat, Jatinegara, East Jakarta. The perpetrator was immediately seen standing next to the window. Seeing that the warteg guard was not there, the perpetrator took advantage of the opportunity when he saw an android type mobile phone on the table. The perpetrator immediately tackled it by covering it with white plastic. Then the perpetrator immediately got out of the rice stall and ran away.
