JAKARTA - The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police will trace all flows of funds and assets belonging to the suspect of a criminal act of fraud on the Quotex platform and money laundering Doni Muhamad Taufik alias Doni Salmanan.

Karo Penmas Police Public Relations Division Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan said this search was carried out through all parties, including witnesses. Then investigators will also coordinate with PPATK.

"We will see later, we will coordinate with PPATK what the flow of funds will be. What is important is who the funds from the crime will be given to, we will confiscate assets related to the assets of the crime," said Ramadhan, Tuesday, March 8.

Investigators will also look at the public figures who are said to have received money from Crazy Rich Bandung. Because, recently Doni Salmanan was known to have given money to influencers.

However, said Ramadhan, investigators will first confirm the origin of the money given. If it is related to ML, the investigator will confiscate it.

"Yes, we'll see if the recipient knows it or not," said Ramadhan.

Doni Salmanan is recorded as giving money to influencers three times. First to a member of Weird Genius, Reza Arap Oktovian.

The money was given as much as Rp. 1 noble. Where, at that time Reza Arap was playing a game. This incident began when Reza Arap was live streaming playing the game Ragnarok X. Moments later he was surprised to receive a donation of Rp. 400 million.

"I got a donation from a man named Doni Salmanan 400 million in 15 minutes live broadcast," said Reza Arap in July 2021.

Reza continued his words by adding 50 million many times. Reza Arap warned Doni not to joke.

“Doni Salmanan, stop… 1 billion is not funny at all. (perhaps) for you, not for me," he said. Furthermore, singer Rizky Febian was also splashed with sustenance from Doni Salmanan. In September 2021, Rizky uploaded a photo of his concoction drink on Instagram and asked followers to give a price.

Among these comments, Doni Salmanan commented on the upload and wrote Rp400 million. Even Doni immediately transferred the money to Rizky Febian.

Then, the couple Lesti Kejora and Rizky Billar also received money from Doni Salmanan. When their reception was held, Doni attended the event and gave a thick envelope to Lesti and Rizky.

When they saw the envelope, Rizky Billar and Lesti Kejora scrambled for each other and admitted that they were shocked. They were amazed by the kind Doni Salmanan even though they just knew each other.

"Kang Doni is amazing, he's really kind, we just met, we just got to know each other, thank you very much," said Rizky Billar.

Both Doni Salmanan and Rizky were reluctant to mention the money they got, but Rizky Billar said the money given was in dollars.
