MATARAM - A total of 12 blocking posts are ready to unravel vehicle congestion at the MotoGP event which will take place March 18-20 2022 at the Mandalika Circuit, West Nusa Tenggara.

"We have prepared a total of 12 isolation posts outside the area (Mandalika)", said West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Djoko Poerwanto, in Mataram on Tuesday, March 8.

"Later on, the isolation post will be dynamic. Each isolation post will be guarded by personnel from the TNI-Police and other stakeholders", he said.

In the Mandalika area, he explained, his party will provide an integrated service post. The post will function as an information center and a recipient of public complaints.

"In the Mandalika area, there are 14 posts that we have prepared", he said.

Regarding the number of personnel deployed, Djoko said as many as 3,400 people consisting of a combination of TNI-Police and assistance from the Police Headquarters.

"Later it could increase. The need for personnel is dynamic", he said.
