Sad, An Uncle Has The Heart To Kill A Nephew When He Is Billed For A Debt Of Rp. 10 Million

TANGERANG - A tragic incident occurred in the Balaraja area, where the victim's uncle, JSR had the heart to kill his nephew, SRS in front of his wife, JS by being stabbed to the lungs. The incident was based on debt problems between families.

After investigating, the victim has collected a debt of Rp. 10 million from the perpetrator since December 2021. However, the perpetrator has refused to pay, because he feels he owes the victim's mother.

"So, the perpetrator owes Rp. 10 million to the victim's mother. It's just that he (the perpetrator) is not happy or hurt, 'I was billed, what do I do, my person owes it to his mother. Why did he charge his son'," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Balaraja Police, Ipda Jarot Sudarsono when contacted by VOI, Saturday, February 26.

The perpetrator's frustration peaked until a murder took place at the victim's house in Bumi Housing, Asri Saga, Balaraja, Tangerang Regency, Friday, February 25 at 02.00 WIB.

"So December has been billed. Maybe because they are being billed too often, the perpetrator has the intention to kill the victim," he said.

"He broke into the house, went straight into the room. When he entered the room, the knife was already open from the sheath. Immediately stab the chest, stab into the chest until it goes into the lungs, "he continued.

The victim's wife, JS, who saw her husband died after being stabbed by the perpetrator. He ran away and asked for help outside the house.

"When he was stabbed, he ran and asked for help, his wife and reported to the police," he said.

The police, who received the report, immediately moved to arrest the perpetrators. As a result, Friday, February 25, at 03.00 WIB, JSR was successfully secured.

"Around the scene, so less than 24 hours. So the incident at 2, was arrested at 3 has been secured. Because the location of the police station with the incident is not that far away, then when they were on patrol, there were members of the Criminal Investigation Unit there, so they were immediately taken into custody," he said.

For his actions, the perpetrators are threatened with Article 340 of the Criminal Code regarding premeditated murder and or Article 351 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code for assault that results in death. "Premeditated murder is a death sentence and or life sentence and or a maximum of 20 years," he said.
