Imam explained, while in the kitchen the perpetrator forced the victim to have sexual intercourse, but the victim refused, so that the perpetrators raped and the victim fought back.
"The victim's son saw his mother with the perpetrator in the kitchen, but the victim told his son to run," explained Imam.
After being raped, the perpetrator stopped what he was doing and then the neighbor of the victim came.
The victim was then taken into custody by a neighbour, while the perpetrator fled.
"The victim then reported to the Kapuas Hulu Police, so that the perpetrator was arrested and detained at the Kapuas Hulu Police for further legal proceedings," said Imam.
According to Imam, the perpetrators are recidivist cases of sexual intercourse with minors.
"Based on the results of the investigation, the perpetrator entered the victim's rented house through the window ventilation," explained Imam.
The perpetrators are charged with Article 285 and/or Article 289 of the Criminal Code, with a maximum penalty of 12 years in prison.
