88 MNC Employees Test Positive For COVID-19

JAKARTA - As many as 88 employees of the Media Nusantara Citra (MNC) group are positive for COVID-19. This condition was discovered after the swab test at the MNC building.

"88 people were positive for COVID-19," said Head of the Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration and Energy (Disnakertransgi), Andri Yansyah, on Saturday, September 12.

The swab of MNC employees was conducted on September 7. Three days later, Disnaker also came to MNC to confirm health protocols. Spraying of disinfectant was carried out all over the floor.

"They don't come, close. It's been photographed too, ”he said.

Previously, the Ministry of Health released additional positive cases of COVID-19 per day. A total of 3,806 new positive cases were detected based on the results of examination of 38,571 specimens.

"The total accumulation of positive cases since COVID-19 was discovered in Indonesia reached 214,746 people," he was quoted as saying from data from the Ministry of Health, Saturday, September 12.

While cases recovered increased by 2,241 people. Thus the total is 152,458 people. Then, for positive confirmed cases, 106 people died and a total of 8,650 people.

The province with the most new positive cases is DKI Jakarta. A total of 1,205 people tested positive for COVID-19 with a total of 52,840 cases.

Followed by Central Java with 386 new cases and a total of 17,460 cases. Meanwhile, East Java with 384 new cases and a total of 37,839 cases. These two provinces have a similar number of positive cases.

Meanwhile, the province with the most cases recovered today belongs to DKI Jakarta with an additional 665 recovered cases. Followed by East Java with an increase of 362 recovered cases, and West Java with an increase of 332 recovered cases.
