Previously, the Head of the National and Political Unity Agency (Bakesbangpol) of Garut Regency, Wahyudijaya, stated that the Sole Rahayu association initially had activities in Caringin District, Garut. However, this association moved to Cisewu District.

According to Wahyudijaya, members of this association are scattered in several areas and even carry out organizational activities outside Garut such as in Cianjur, Majalengka, Bandung and Tasikmalaya districts.

According to him, the Solo Rahayu association was unsettling for the public because it made its mass organization logo by changing the head of the Garuda Pancasila which should have been facing to the right and changed to the front.

Wahyudijaya emphasized that the state symbol should not be changed. The Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs also regulates that community organizations are not allowed to use the state symbol, flag and other attributes for the organization's logo.
