The Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance (BLBI) Task Force confiscated the Texmaco Group's collateral assets again on Thursday, January 20. In this second phase of confiscation, the assets secured by the state are 159 parcels of land. Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs, Mahfud MD, said the 159 plots of land were spread over an area of 1.9 million square meters and spread over six regencies/cities.
