Maluku Earthquake, Magnitude 5.7

JAKARTA - An earthquake with a magnitude (M) of 5.7 occurred in Maluku at around 21.29 WIB, according to information from the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG).

Reported by Antara, Wednesday, January 19, the epicenter of the earthquake was 62 km southwest of East Seram, the location was 3.37 degrees South latitude and 130.98 degrees East longitude with a depth of 85 kilometers.

There has been no report on the impact of this Maluku earthquake.
