KALTENG - The Public Prosecutor's Office (Kejari) of Palangka Raya City, Central Kalimantan, has formed a Land, Port and Fertilizer Mafia Task Force Team to eradicate mafias that harm the community.

Head of the Intel Section of the Palangka Raya Prosecutor's Office, Januar Hapriansyah, said that the formation of the Land, Port and Fertilizer Mafia Task Force Team consisted of five people consisting of prosecutors in the Palangka Raya City Attorney's Office.

"I am the head of the Land, Port and Fertilizer Mafia Task Force. This team was created based on the Palangka Raya City Kajari Order," he said in Palangka Raya, Antara, Tuesday, January 18.

The tasks and functions of the task force team will later capture or receive reports from people who are victims of the land, port and fertilizer mafia in Palangka Raya City.

The team will move if it receives a report from the community after receiving data and other supporting evidence according to what the community itself has complained about.

"We will make a complaint post at the Palangka Raya City Prosecutor's Office by attaching an identity card and telling in detail the problems he experienced as a result of the alleged mafia action," he said.

He added, after receiving detailed reports from people who were victims of the mafia's actions, his party immediately moved and went down to investigate related cases or cases.

"Moreover, in Palangka Raya, the case of overlapping land ownership is quite high. Well, hopefully with the Land, Port, and Fertilizer Mafia Task Force Team, it can help the community," he said.

He said that if there were complaints about difficulties in getting fertilizer or fertilizer transferred to private plantations, they could immediately report the problem.

"The report must include data so that the team can freely investigate related to this, including when there are illegal levies at the port, if you don't pay, the goods will not be released, immediately report to us," he stressed.
