In Jakarta, Ganjar Pranowo Receives An Award For Central Java As The Best Province For Public Credit Providers

JAKARTA - Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo received the 2021 People's Business Credit (KUR) award from the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs. Ganjar managed to bring Central Java into the best province, followed by the Special Region of Yogyakarta and West Java.

Ganjar received the award in the Graha Sawala Room, Ali Wardhana Building, Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs, Jakarta, Tuesday, January 18. 17 provincial governments have been nominated for the 2021 KUR award.

Central Java got the best score because it has various people's business credit programs. Ganjar collaborated with various parties from BUMD to the private sector to revive the post-pandemic economy.

"I express my gratitude from the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs for giving trust and respect to Central Java as the best KUR manager, behind which there are many real stories", Ganjar statement met after the event.

Ganjar said that this award cannot be separated from the role of many parties who have distributed and utilized KUR. Ganjar said that guidance from the government could not be separated from the role of this award.

"I would like to thank my eager friends. After being beaten by COVID-19, actually, KUR has become a bullet that has become big energy for economic revival", he said.

Ganjar also expressed his appreciation to business actors who have a strong desire to rise after the pandemic and take advantage of the KUR facility.

"Many roles have been inscribed by friends there so that Central Java can be the best. Thank you, friends, for being very enthusiastic about using this KUR", he said.

One of the KUR programs carried out by Ganjar during the pandemic was collaborating with Bank Jateng to launch a loan that could be used by market traders, small home industry players.

"So if we talk after the post-pandemic how recovery can rise, use this KUR. This KUR will be something extraordinary to encourage businesses to rise again and the president's orders, take advantage of it", he said.

In addition to the provincial government award, two regions in Central Java were also included in the best three 2021 KUR awards, namely the Purworejo Regency Government and the Blora Regency Government.
