To avoid odd or even numbers, car drivers were caught by a crane on Jalan Sumenep, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (12/1). Unable to do much when she just got out of ordering coffee, the woman who owned the vehicle could only surrender when she was caught violating the parking rules. Officers found two vehicles parked in any place and had been abandoned by their owners. The officer immediately installed a crane and issued a violation letter. Watch the full video below.
