JAKARTA - Djoko Tjandra has IDR 10 billion to Tommy Sumardi to remove his red notice.

"Mr. Djoko Tjandra only gave money to TS (Tommy Sumardi)," said Djoko Tjandra's lawyer, Susilo Aribowo, Thursday, August 27.

Susilo denied that his client gave money to Napoleon Bonaparte, Prasetyo Utomo, and Pinangki Sirna Malasari. The first two names are suspects at Bareskrim Polri. Meanwhile, Pinangki is the suspect in Djoko Tjandra's alleged gratification at the AGO.

"Mr. Djoko Tjandra didn't know how to distribute the money with PU (Prasetyo Utomo) and NB (Napoleon Bonaparte)," continued Susilo.

At Bareskrim Polri, Djoko Tjandra was named a suspect in two cases. Namely, the creation of fake travel documents and the red notice removal.

Bareskrim named four suspects in the case of alleged gratification related to the red notice removal. Two suspects who gave gratuities are Djoko Tjandra and Tommy Sumardi (TS). Meanwhile, Bareskrim Polri appointed Prasetyo Utomo (PU) and Napoleon Bonaparte (NB).

Meanwhile, in the second case, namely a general crime related to the making of fake letters, investigators named Djoko Tjandra as a suspect. In the case of this forged letter, investigators had already appointed Brigadier General Prasetyo Utomo, Anita Dewi Kolopaking.

In the investigation, Djoko Tjandra admitted to giving money to Napoleon Bonaparte and Prasetyo Utomo. But regarding the amount, the National Police has not disclosed it.

"Djoko Tjandra admitted that he gave a certain amount of money to the suspects," said Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division Brigadier General Awi Setiyono.

Meanwhile, at the AGO, Djoko Tjandra was named a suspect for allegedly giving bribes to Pinangki Sirna Malasari. Djoko Tjandra allegedly asked for assistance in processing a fatwa from the Supreme Court (MA). So, there would be no punishment in the Bank Bali case.
