"It should be suspected that there was negligence on the part of the hospital who was late in handling the victim where the hospital's actions did not immediately carry out a more serious examination of the emergency patient even though the victim had already submitted a complaint of pain in the back of the neck," he said.

Gaga said that at that time Laura Anna had only received serious treatment four days after the accident occurred.

"Serious and measurable treatment and action at the hospital was only carried out on the fourth day since the victim was brought to the hospital, namely from December 8, 2019 to December 11, 2019 by performing an MRI at another hospital," he said.

The results of the MRI examination finally revealed that there was a shift in Laura Anna's spine due to the accident on the Jagorawi Toll Road.

"Is it fair that the negligence of the other party is all charged to me," he said.
