The US is subject to Article 114 paragraph (1) Sub-Article 111 paragraph (1) of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics in conjunction with Permenkes number 4 of 2021 concerning Changes to the Classification of Narcotics.
