PKS Left Dilan in the Makassar Pilkada because of None Limpo

JAKARTA - The political map of the political party coalition in the Makassar Pilkada, South Sulawesi, has changed. PKS changed its support for the candidate for mayor-vice mayor of Makassar.

Initially, PKS supported Syamsu Rizal (Deng Ical)-dr Fadli Ananda or Dilan. Now, PKS 'declared' support to the pair Irman Yasin Limpo (None)-Zunnun Amrin.

"Dilan's support is a DPW proposal to the DPP. But the DPP decided None," said the head of the South Sulawesi PKS DPW Bappilu, Sri Rahmi, Tuesday, August 25.

The main reason that PKS, which has five seats in the Makassar DPRD, supports None Limpo because he joins as a cadre. None was said to have PKS membership cards last week.

"None is willing to become a PKS cadre. PKS wants to bring in its cadres," he continued.

Apart from these main requirements, None Limpo has the ability because of his experience in the bureaucracy. None does have experience in the South Sulawesi Provincial Government.

This change in the political map affected the candidate pair Dilan. Dilan received recommendations for support from PDIP, PKB, and Hanura.

Meanwhile, the names of other candidates who will compete in the Makassar Pilkada are Mohammad Ramdhan Pomanto (Danny Pomanto)-Fatmawati Rusdi with the support from NasDem-Gerindra; Munafri Arifuddin-Abdul Rahman Bando supported by the Democratic coalition, PPP, Perindo, and PSI. Meanwhile, None Limpo-Zunnun gets supports from Golkar and PAN.
