Ferdinand Hutahaean Reported To Bareskrim Concerning Allegations Of Blasphemy Of Religion

JAKARTA - The Indonesian Youth National Committee (KNPI) reported former Democrat Party politician Ferdinand Hutahaean to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police. The report relates to Ferdinand's tweet about 'Your God is Weak' which is considered an alleged blasphemy.

"The purpose of coming to the Bareskrim today is that the KNPI DPP wants to report Ferdinand Hutahaean because his tweets are really troubling and damaging to unity and making noise," said KNPI DPP chairman Haris Pertama at the National Police Criminal Investigation Department, Wednesday, January 5.

In that report, said Haris, Ferdinand's tweet had been proven to cause a commotion. Moreover, in terms of national unity and integrity.

"We saw how Ferdinand's last tweet was very disturbing and disturbing to the Indonesian people," said Haris.

On the other hand, Haris hopes that with this report, Bareskrim will act quickly to deal with it. Thus, the problem does not get bigger and has an impact on public anger.

"Today, we ask that the Indonesian National Police (Polri) law enforcers can solve this problem so that there will not always be a commotion in the community.
