Man In Buleleng Bali Stabbed Neighbor With Spear

BULELENG - Kadek Ginarsa (37) was arrested by the Sukasada Police, Buleleng, Bali team for stabbing his neighbor Gede Rentiasa with a spear in the Banjar Dinas Padang Buli.

Head of Public Relations of the Buleleng Police, Iptu I Gede Sumarjaya, said that the perpetrator was detained at the Sukasada Police. During interrogation, the perpetrator admitted that he had stabbed a neighbor with a spear.

"And the tool used to carry out the stabbing in the form of a spear with a wooden handle wrapped around a rubber tube with a length of two meters has also been secured," said Sumarjaya, Wednesday, January 5.

The incident began when the victim was drinking with a number of people at his home. The stabbing perpetrator then crossed in front of the victim's house carrying a spear to look for a dog to eat.

I don't know why the perpetrator came to the victim's house while the victim was sleeping. There was an argument that the victim's wife broke up.

Not long after, the victim came to the house of the perpetrator and asked for a fight. There the fight broke out again.

"And suddenly the perpetrator entered the house, took a spear and then stabbed it into the victim's right arm until it penetrated the right side of the chest, which resulted in the wound and covered in blood," added Sumarjaya.

The victim was taken to the Buleleng District Hospital. Meanwhile, the victim's wife immediately reported to the police.

"The motive (for the persecution) is still being investigated and deepened. The perpetrator is charged with Article 351 of the Criminal Code," said Sumarjaya.
