JAKARTA - The Public Relations Coordinator of the Kemayoran Athlete Hospital, Colonel Mintoro Sumego, said the number of inpatients at the COVID-19 Emergency Hospital (RSDC) of the Kemayoran Athlete's Hospital, Central Jakarta, increased by 51.
"Covid-19 patients from 378 patients increased by 51 to 429 patients," Mintoro said in a written statement, Sunday, December 26.
As of 08.00 WIB this morning, Mintoro said, the number of COVID-19 patients who had finished treatment at the Wisma Atlet RSDC had increased.
"This shows the need to increase intensive care," he continued.
Based on existing data, starting from March 23, 2020 to December 26, 2021, the total number of registered patients is 129,973 people or an increase of 66 people.
Meanwhile, for the number of patients who recovered and left the Wisma Atlet Hospital, a total of 129,544 people or an increase of 10 recovered patients. Mintoro also appealed to the public to maintain health protocols to avoid transmission of the Corona virus. "There can be a significant reduction in the number of those who are being treated. For this reason, people must comply with maintaining health," he concluded.
