The Police Have Scheduled Hadi Pranoto's Reexamination Of Antibodies For COVID-19

JAKARTA - Investigators at the Special Criminal Investigation Directorate (Ditreskrimsus) at Polda Metro Jaya rescheduled the agenda for the investigation of Hadi Pranoto next week. Previously, Hadi was not present because he was sick.

"HP (Hadi Pranoto) is scheduled to be examined on 24 (Monday), the second summons," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Yusri Yunus to reporters, Thursday, August 20.

Regarding Hadi who will be present on the clarification agenda, Yusri has not been able to confirm this. This is because investigators have not received this information, including the current condition.

"I don't know (Hadi's condition)."

Previously, Hadi Pranoto was not present in the clarification agenda scheduled by the Polda Metro Jaya investigators, Thursday, August 13. At that time, Hadi was sick and was treated at Medistra Hospital.

Originally he would be questioned as a reported case of the alleged spread of fake news about the herbal antibody to COVID-19. Hadi Pranoto was reported to Polda Metro Jaya by the General Chairperson of Cyber Indonesia, Muannas Alaidid, because he was considered to be spreading false news about the claim of the COVID-19 antibody herbal medicine.

In this case, later the police will apply Article 28 in conjunction with Article 45A of the ITE Law. This case began when Hadi Pranoto and Anji discussed COVID-19 and uploaded them to YouTube. In the conversation, Hadi said that he had found a COVID-19 antibody herbal medicine.
