Cool! Anies Says Lights At The Jakarta International Stadium Can Disguise Players' Shadows On The Grass

JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan stated that the lighting at the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) North Jakarta, after all of them are installed, can disguise the shadows of players on the grass, because the light is evenly distributed on all sides of the main field.

Anies Baswedan hopes that the installation of stadium lights at JIS can be completed soon.

"At this time, all the lights in the stadium have not been installed. Hopefully, this work can all run smoothly until it is 100 percent complete," said Anies at the JIS main field, North Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Sunday 12 December.

Although the installation of the lights has not been completely completed, Anies stated, the atmosphere of JIS is completely different so that he feels like he is not in Indonesia, when he enters the main field and steps on JIS grass.

"When I entered, I felt that this was a different place from other places in Indonesia," said Anies.

Anis Baswedan who was accompanied by JIS Project Director Iwan Takwin, visited the JIS main field on Saturday night, to see a trial of the lighting and audio system at JIS.

Anies also stated that he appreciated the JIS project workers who worked day and night to complete the stadium construction until it was completed according to the planned schedule, quality, and budget.

"Thank you to my fellow workers who are currently working in this stadium, from the design to the execution. It's all done by the children of our nation. So we can be proud that this is a stadium made from the sweat of the best Indonesian children," concluded Anies.
