JAKARTA - The attorney for MS victims of bullying and sexual harassment at the KPI Office, Muhammad Mualimin stated that the results of the MS psychological examination at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital were out.

"The Police Hospital staff just gave information, the results of MS's psychological examination have been released. The results will be immediately submitted to the Central Jakarta Police Investigators and will be closed," Muhamad Mualimin told reporters, Tuesday, December 7.

Mualimin said the psychological results were closed so that they could not be published other than for investigation purposes.

"The victim was not told what the outcome would be," said Mualimin.

Mualimin hopes that the results from the National Police Hospital are the same as the investigation conducted by Komnas HAM.

"We hope that the results are the same and consistent with the investigation conducted by Komnas HAM, which is that it is strongly suspected that there was a criminal act of sexual harassment and bullying at KPI whose victim was MS's brother," he said.

Previously, cases of sexual harassment and bullying that befell MS surfaced after he wrote an open letter which went viral on social media on September 1. In the open letter, MS admitted that he had been a victim of bullying since he worked at KPI in 2012.

In fact, he was also sexually harassed by five of his co-workers in 2015 in the office. After the open letter went viral, KPI and the police started to investigate this case.

KPI has disabled 8 alleged perpetrators of sexual harassment and bullying against MS to facilitate investigations.

Meanwhile, Central Jakarta Police have examined five reported persons who are said to have sexually harassed MS. However, the police have not yet named a suspect in this case.
