Suicidal Mojokerto Student Drinking Potassium After Two Abortions, Bripda RB Charged With Code Of Ethics And Criminal Code

MOJOKERTO - Members of the Mojokerto, East Java Police, Bripda RB have been charged with ethical and criminal sanctions. Bripda RB related to the viral student NWR who committed suicide drinking potassium at her father's grave in Sooko, Mojokerto is now being processed by the East Java Police.

"Indeed violation of law by internal will be imposed with the provisions governing the Police, Perkap 14/2011 concerning the code of ethics articles 7 and 11. In general, we apply 348 jo 55 criminally, these are steps related to cases that befell our members," said the Deputy Chief of East Java Police, Brigadier General Slamet Hadi Supraptoyo at a press conference at the Mojokerto Police, Saturday, December 4.

The Deputy Chief of the East Java Regional Police emphasized that it was not only the ethical process in Propam, the police officers would be charged with criminal charges.

"In general, we apply Article 348 of the Criminal Code (related to abortion, ed) in conjunction with Article 55. These are steps related to cases that befell our members," he said.

"For that, we agree and we will run it. We will apply it to any member who does it. Whoever commits a violation, we apply this," said the Deputy Chief of the East Java Police.

As previously reported, it was revealed that a student with the initials NWR committed suicide at her father's grave in Sooko, Mojokerto, East Java. NWR who died drinking potassium apparently had two abortions resulting from an illicit relationship with Bripda RB.

"The results of the discovery, checking at the crime scene, found traces of drinks mixed with potassium. The results of the post-mortem et repertum by the Sooko District Health Center showed no signs of abuse," said East Java Police Deputy Chief Brigadier General Slamet Hadi Supraptoyo at a press conference at the Mojokerto Police, Saturday, December 4.

The Deputy Chief of Police explained that the student who was determined to commit suicide with potassium was indeed in a relationship with Bripda RB, a member of the Pasuruan Police, East Java.

"They are officially dating, then after dating they do a husband and wife act and it will take place from 2020 to 2021 in Malang, boarding houses and hotels in Malang," he continued.

During dating, it was revealed that the female student who committed suicide at her father's grave in Mojokerto had two abortions.

"Then we also got evidence that the victim during the courtship until yesterday, October 2019 to December 2021, had an abortion together, which was carried out in March 2020, the second in August 2021," continued the Deputy Chief of the East Java Police.
