PAN Makes Reshuffle Issue Exactly December 8 On PON Wednesday, PDIP: Haven't Heard It, That's Jokowi's Prerogative

JAKARTA - PDIP admits that it has not heard the news that President Joko Widodo will reshuffle his cabinet on Wednesday, December 8, next week. As stated by the Deputy Chairman of PAN, Yandri Susanto.

A senior PDIP politician said that his party did not deal with the affairs of the cabinet reshuffle, which is the territory of the president. Because, he said, this was not the authority of PDIP, even though it was Jokowi's supporting party.

"We haven't heard of it. We also don't deal with areas that are not under our authority," said Hendrawan to VOI, Wednesday, December 1.

The member of Commission IX of the DPR emphasized that the cabinet reshuffle is the president's prerogative, which has previously been communicated to the general chairmen of political parties. Mainly, supporting political parties.

"That is the prerogative of the president, who in its implementation consults with the head of the political party," said Hendrawan.

Of course, he added, it had been carefully calculated by the president before holding a cabinet reshuffle.

"The harmony and orchestration of the cabinet are completely dependent on the President's calculations," said Hendrawan.

Previously, the Deputy Chairperson of PAN, Yandri Susanto, claimed to have heard the news that President Joko Widodo would reshuffle his cabinet on Wednesday, December 8, next week.

"I also heard that the issue was like that (Wednesday Pon, December 8, ed), he said anyway," said Yandri at the DPR Building, Tuesday, November 30.

Even so, the chairman of Commission VIII of the DPR emphasized that the cabinet reshuffle is Jokowi's prerogative as president. "That's Mr. Jokowi's prerogative. If the PAN just obeys, when do you want to reshuffle," said Yandri.

But PAN, said Yandri, has prepared its cadres if Jokowi is invited to join the cabinet. Such as PAN General Chair Zulkifli Hasan, PAN Secretary-General Eddy Soeparno, and PAN DPP Chairman Soetrisno Bachir.

"We have prepared cadres. I have said many times. There are many PAN cadres who are ready to assist Mr. Jokowi's government," he said.
