JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo has finally opened his voice regarding the decision of the Constitutional Court which ruled that Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation (omnibus law) was unconstitutional. Jokowi gave a guarantee to investors not to hesitate to invest in Indonesia.

"The Job Creation Law is still in effect. The government and the DPR are given a maximum of 2 years to make revisions and improvements," said Jokowi at the Palace, Monday, November 29.
"Thus, all regulations in the Job Creation Act are still valid," he continued.
