DPRD Agrees On The 2022 DKI RAPBD Rp. 82.47 Trillion, Decreased By Rp. 2.4 Trillion From The Submission

JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta DPRD has agreed that the value of the 2022 DKI Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget Draft (RAPBD) is IDR 82.47 trillion. This nominal experienced a decrease of Rp2.41 trillion from the previous submission of Rp84.88 trillion.

This agreement was taken after the final discussion was discussed by the leadership of the council, the head of the commission, the leader of the faction, and the Regional Government Budget Team (TAPD) in the DPRD Budget Board Meeting.

"Based on the results of discussions between the commissions with the executives of the Budget Agency and the executive, the DKI 2022 APBD Draft of Rp. 82.47 trillion can be approved," said Chairman of the DKI DPRD Prasetyo Edi Marsudi in a statement, Thursday, November 25.

Prasetyo explained that the budget for the 2022 DKI RAPBD, which was reduced by Rp2.41 trillion, had been adjusted.

These adjustments include delaying the permit for granting regional loans to PT Jakpro for the construction of the Sunter Intermediate Treatment Facility (ITF) amounting to Rp2.8 trillion.

Then, there are a number of agreements to determine the budget ceiling that will be included in the 2022 DKI RAPBD, including financial aid spending of Rp. 479.75 billion, unexpected expenditures (BTT) of Rp. 2.83 trillion, and the projected remaining over budget calculation (SiLPA) for the previous year of Rp. 4 8 trillion.

Then, regional capital investment (PMD) in 2022 was given in the amount of IDR 5.53 trillion for four regionally-owned enterprises (BUMD) to PT MRT Jakarta IDR 4.71 trillion, PDAM Jaya IDR 322.57 billion, Perumda Sarana Jaya for the Zero DP program IDR 250 billion, and PD PAL Jaya Rp 200 billion.

Meanwhile, the Head of the DKI Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD), Edi Sumantri, confirmed that he would immediately enter account codes in all SKPDs after being approved by Banggar and Rapimgab for the 2022 DKI RAPBD today.

"After this, the SKPD will revise the results of this decision and will make adjustments to the account code or the top spending component based on today's decision," said Edi.
