Bali Is Included In The List Of 30 Most Popular UNESCO's World Heritage Sites

JAKARTA - The island of Bali in Indonesia is included in the list of the 30 most popular UNESCO world heritage sites based on calculations from the Design Bundles.

Launching Forbes from Antara, Sunday, November 21, the digital design company combined information from UNESCO and Instagram to see what world heritage sites were the most popular on social media platforms in 2021.

Design Bundles analyzed the 145 most tagged sites on Instagram this year and ranked them in order of upload.

The top 10 positions are fully claimed by cultural sites such as Kyiv, the historic centers of Florence and Prague, Budapest, Brasilia, the historic center of Saint Petersburg and Quito.

In addition, Yosemite National Park is one of the most popular nature sites and locations in America with 4.6 million uploads.

According to UNESCO, Italy has the highest number of World Heritage sites (58), followed by China (56) and Germany (51).
